Your first 30 days are free when you sign up for any iTekLogic online backup plan. Your account will not be restricted during the free trial period. Although you will be asked to choose a payment option during signup, payment will not go into effect until after the free trial period. If you choose credit card as your payment type, your credit card will be charged approximately 30 days from your signup date unless you cancel your account by contacting This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it prior to the end of the trial period. If you opt to pay by check, you will be billed via mail approximately 15 days before the end of your trial period. Payment must be made within 15 days. Although you may cancel your account at any time, you will not receive a refund for services that have already been charged.

Payment Terms

Payment is to be made for every month in advance. Customers who choose to pay via credit card will be charged automatically at the beginning of each month, and receipts will be sent via email.

Customers who choose to pay via check will be billed via mail approximately 15 days before the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 15 days.

Usage Terms

If the amount of compressed data that you have backed up on our servers exceeds your storage quota, we will send you an email notification as a courtesy approximately 7 days before the end of the billing cycle. Your service will remain uninterrupted, and your account will continue to function normally. However, if you do not want to be billed for additional storage, you will need to delete enough files to put your account within limits. For assistance, please contact customer support.

If your stored data still exceeds your quota at the end of that billing cycle, you will be billed for additional storage space at the following rates:

 • $0.0099 per megabyte for Home Plan I, Home Plan II, or Business Plan I

 • $0.00495 per megabyte for Business Plan II or III.
